When chat is not available or there are a maximum number of users before you, you'll either be put in a queue for the next available spot or be prompted to leave a message. If you leave a message, we'll email you back.
We're excited about this change as many of you have told us that you'd rather have the option of online chat instead of having to call. In addition, this lets us service more customers simultaneously than our telephone lines permit.
Another benefit for you is that after each chat you'll have the option to receive a transcript of our chat at the email address you designate so that you can refer to it after the chat ends.
But never fear, we will still be able to call you if your issue can't be resolved via chat. And our email customer service will remain in effect 7 days a week until 11 p.m. EST.There is a possibility we will expand our telephone customer service hours during very busy periods, so keep checking back!
